Amazing, amazing place! Stephanie has been the person that has helped us through our order and I just cannot say enough about her knowledge, patience (my 4-year-old was getting glasses), and customer service. This place is on the other side of where we live but I will happily make the drive because of their care, attention, and overall service!

Amazing, friendly staff! They made my little one feel so safe and explained everything in detail to him as they saw his anxiety was running high! Can’t recommend them enough.

Dr Gilliland was amazing diagnosing my husband’s condition. He and his staff were professional and courteous. He took a long time with my husband and gave him a thorough exam. He solved a problem my husband has been having now for 14 months, that no other doctor could figure out. Much thanks to him!!

Everyone was so friendly, professional, and thorough. I feel like I finally got the most comprehensive exam I’ve ever experienced and I’m confident my vision will be greatly improved because of their thoroughness. No other place has gotten my prescription just right but just from the contact samples, I know they got it closer than I’ve ever had. I couldn’t stop smiling all day while I was wearing my contacts because I was amazed at how well I could see through them compared to my previous prescription from another place. EyeXcel will be the only place I’ll ever trust for my vision from now on.

I will begin with I do not write reviews, but this experience deserves the time to take out to share how wonderful this place is. I have had issues with my eye going in (like a lazy or cross-eye) when I focus all my life, even my best of friends made fun of me. I have been to eye doctors all my life, had to do eye exercises when I was a kid. Well here we are 28 years old and it’s getting worse. I was due for new glasses and came across this place with specialized help with eye rehabilitations! Didn’t know of such a thing!! I knew right then there was hope. Well I went there and the staff is all wonderful! Nice friendly and so comforting when I explained my concern with my eyes she ensured I’m not crazy. That alone was just such a relief-as I’ve literally thought I was my whole life! Then actually being able to have the doctor diagnose it like give it a name! He has a solution within literally minutes. With a lens rather than a therapy I couldn’t have been happier with this. Why hasn’t any doctor done this for me?? I literally can’t thank him enough. This is life-changing! Thanks, doc! And all the staff at EyeXcel!!!
